vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) Gas 4.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in flour, spices and milk to form dough.
Stir in vanilla, chocolate and cocoa nibs.
Divide dough into 12 balls. Arrange on a prepared baking tray and squash slightly to approximately 4cm diameter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
